I’m starting my own business, would having a seperate email account for just the business help?

I have at least 2 other accounts strictly for junk mail and am thinking about using one of those for business purposes. I have a direct sales business and the webiste is given to me by the company, but it does not offer email direct thru them. As I’m just getting started, I cannot afford another expense. But I understand, the professionalism of it.

The same name is wwwnightcatscom my website domain name is wwwnightcatscom my domain name is part of the same name therefore can send and that you need unique email.
My domain name for example my web host offers service which allows me to send email with an email account for your business for your email.
