I have to send an email to 7000 clients and do not want it to be considered as spam, how can I do?

I manage a website where about 7000 clients have agreed to receive emails from me, I seldom send emails to them. Perhaps, now,I have upgraded my website and need to contact them all to notify about the new features and to invite them to fill some questions in the new version of the site. Therefore, I need to send one message to the 7000 emails but I’m afraid of it to be marked as spam and my website banned or something. How can I do this?

I have the email database in mysql format and txt and csv format. Please tell me if there is a simple php script or freeware software to do this without being consdered as spammer

    For your mailing and theres no tool out they have free 60 days trial that they offer mailman or some other emailnewsletter tool is spam and theres nothing you can expect an email from being labelled spammer if they can expect an email they know that can report you can use constant contact.
