Best email for business purposes?

I started a home based business but I find my Yahoo email account to be limited. What is a good email host? For example, I need autoresponder and the ability to send emails to 100′s of recipients.

    I don’t think free web base e-mail is going to cut it. Try using something like Constant Contact. Here’s their website:
