Where can I get free email or phone counselling?

I would like to have free counselling sessions by phone or email. I live in Canada, so counsellors in N. America are preferred but aren’t a must.

    The problem would be finding one try to find someone on this site there are qualified and willing to you might be willing to you might be willing to help you might be able to talk to talk to talk to talk to talk.

    Most hospitals every where, have a help line that you can call and they should be able to give you some information on this. also check out –artofthesoul.com –you can get a free session there. hope this helps.
