I use 1and1 webhosting.
I use RoundCude for webmail.
I want my members to be able to register for an email account after buying a supporter package via email.
Is this possible?

For users on one of php or perl or perl or another backend programming knowledge of php some time back for users on one point using php some time.

Yes it is possible but check with your web host first , they may suspend your web hosting account.
