In the past I’ve been able to create a category, add the contacts, then edit the category and add the add’l email addresses for each contact. How do I get this permanently stopped? I own my own business and find that I am continually sending nasty messages to all of my customers without my authorization.

I have to do a lot of follow up work just to get this information to the requester because many times my email is sent to their bulk / spam folders never to be seen again. I have noticed this happens most with hotmail and aol addresses.
The emails have no attachments and do not include the word “free”, so I am not sure why this happens. Are small businesses tagged by large email providers?
Any suggestions on improving this issue?
