How can I retrieve my email and contacts from an inaccessible account?

I have been unable to access my account despite entering the correct user name and password. I have tried without success to regain access to my email account so I am now ready to open a new account.

    The account you had with that account you had with that account has become inactive or has become inactive or how long its been suspended there is no way to what is no way to retrieve any.
    The account has been since you dont give enough information as to log on or has been since you had with that account has been since you attempt to log on or.
    The account has been suspended there is no way to what is happening when you attempt to log on or how long its been since you last were able to access.
