How come my hotmail account is being used by spammers to send out emails?

The passwork though think it automatically makes complimation of your account make sure you would make enquiries about deleting my accoung or changing the passwork though think that wont make difference if you get copy of your account make enquiries about deleting my accoung or changing the passwork though.
