How do I access my old email account with outlook express?

I used to use Outlook Express as my email provider. However I’ve been using Yahoo email for quite some time. How do I access my old account in Outlook Express? I don’t find Outlook in my start menu anyplace.

    Click > Start > Open Control Panel > Double-click Add/Remove icon >
    In the left pane > Add/Remove Windows Components > Scroll down until you find Outlook Express make sure box is checked > Click Next > Finish > Ok

    You will find it the Program list.
