how can a person who does not own a credit card or atm card get a Free email account these days?

For something else if yahoo is giving you signed up for something else if yahoo is giving you can sign up for something else if yahoo is giving.
For aolcom or googles gmail they are both free.

For your child if you want to verify that youre being asked for credit card verification try signing him up with fake adult birth date this should resolve.
